Who doesn’t love a good vineyard engagement session?!
Ya’ll, this session was HOT.
We had to stop and cool down at the winery at one point!
But Tarah and Edwin just look like they’re glowing so it all worked out perfectly 🙂
P.S keep scrolling to see that last 3 images, which were my favorite from this shoot!
I met these two about a year and a half ago. Sam (my husband) and I were in a pre-marital group with Maggie and Brandon and quickly decided we liked each other (hahaha).
When they got engaged, I quickly received a message saying we needed to talk about wedding photography. And well, to say I was excited was an understatement!
We began the engagement session at my favorite greenhouse, Matkins Greenhouse. The outside (and inside) always look so magical and colorful! Then we moved on to some of my fun little nooks near the Bentonville Square. And finally we ended up in one of the dreamiest fields in NWA. Maggie and Brandon were down for any idea I had which led me to wanting to create a dreamy, romantic feel with lots of babys breathe from Samanthas Garden!
I can’t wait to photograph their wedding at Osage House in November!
This was one of those sessions where I was so pumped about everything to the point where I will probably be sharing these photos for years and years.
It rained right before we began and we almost canceled buuuuttt I’m so glad we didn’t!! Jes and Ryan allowed me to just do my thang and didn’t question any weird posing I got them in or anything! Also all of the dresses Jes wore were breathtaking.
These were taken at the Maude wall in Fayetteville as well as downtown!
Dany and Kyle drove in for their engagement session (and also to visit family) and we talked a lot about how much Bentonville has changed in the past 10 years. Because these were taken on a hot summer day we got some ice cream from the Spark Cafe to cool down (although the ice cream melted really fast!).
Rachel was my random roommate in college. We slowly became friends after we realized we both love the Marvel movies and Thai food (really we like all the same foods). We’d stay up late watching funny videos and talking about life and the types of guys we each wanted to end up with! When she first told me about Garrett she basically said something like “He’s so cute but….” and there’d be a reason why she didn’t think they’d date. After a few months she stopped saying the “but” and well.. here we are! They get married in less than a month!!
When Caitlyn first messaged me she said she wanted to celebrate her and Cole’s relationship and take some fun photos with a fun car he was fixing up. And when they showed up looking like this I knew this was going to be one of my favorite shoots!!
Rachel and Andy lived in DC and flew me down for their engagement photos! One of their favorite locations is the Lincoln memorial so that’s where we hung out for the most part.
Also getting to wonder around DC was so much fun! My mom went with me and we got to visit lots of museums and eat amazing food.
When Rebecca told me they wanted to do their engagement session at the Washington county fair I immediately knew it was going to be a spectacular session!
We first began with a Merry go round ride then ate too much cotton candy before another ride (whoops!!)
